The vineyard

Château Chérubin's vineyard - Vintage Saint Émilion (Grand Cru)

The property is composed of two parcels, with a total of 5 acres.

The current vines where planted in 1965.

The varietal distribution is 70% of Merlot and 30% of Cabernet Franc.

The vineyard benefits from a great orientation with ranks positioned on a "North-South" axis, in order for the vine to receive sunlight from dawn to dusk.

The planting conditions are ideal, with 6000 vine stocks per hectare (2430 per acre) and a planting mark of 1.4 x 1.1m, allowing the vine to produce quality grapes.

The whole production is confidential, with less than 10.000 bottles, or less than 1 bottle per vine stock.
