The cellar

Grapes from Chérubin's vineyard - Vintage Saint-Émilion (Grand Cru)The cellar was created during the acquisition and the works ended in 2006. It is located next to the vines, in a wood of hundred-years-old oaks.

It is composed of a vinification room, a barrels' storehouse, an air-conditioned ageing cellar and a reception room.

The cellar was build through an approach of sustainable development with highly insulating structures, lime walls, a mastering of temperatures for the whole cellar thanks to systems of heat pumps and a dynamic ventilation.

The grounds are tiled and the hygiene is mastered for all surfaces.

The totality of discharges are dealt with.
